Left to the entrance door stands a ceramic or plastic teddy bear which serves a the hat and brolly stand. The unusual hall stand looks similar to that one which can be seen in series 3 episode Don't Look Behind You at Sir Cavalier Resagne's mansion.

"I collect teddy bears - it's a hobby of mine."

This is meant to be a thread against one of Bear's minions, but it seems to be true.
Steed's statement in TNA House of Cards that he would not own a teddy bear (Gambit is convinced that Steed keeps it in his safe deposit) is not true, as two bears can be seen inside his flat in series 3 episode Dressed to Kill. And there are many scenes with Steed holding a teddy bear or standing next to one, such as in series 1 Toy Trap or series 4 Death at Bargain Prices.
